Sunderland St, after the Fall

Sunderland St, after the Fall

A splendid turnout on the 21st November with 24 people in total. The Sunderland Street entrance is now  acceptable  after the final removal of all the logs. The Mahonia is flowering rather well, and shows us what we can do with the some of the  other entrances. We have thoroughly dug over the  western side rescued some of the roses, and planted Alchemilla,  bulbs, some Sarcoccocus, and a lot of wallflowers, The storm has brought down a number of small branches, but no major damage, and most of the leaves have been  cleared by the council.  And people continue to use it as an outdoor gym. They are hardier than I am…….
