K08: Ash-leaved Maple, Acer negundo

Originating in Eastern North America, it was introduced in 1688. The leaves are 3-7 foliate. It is a fast growing short lived tree, reaching 25 m and 100 years at most and favours disturbed and wet habitats. In Central Europe and Eastern China it has become naturalised and invasive.
