This attractive moth , native to the far east and Indai was first recorded in Europue ( Germany) in 2006, and Britain in 2008. It is now widespread in the south east. The larvae can devastate box bushed nd we have used a control species specific spray to help control the pest in the Park. We will see whether we can continue with this in the future.
